JadiBhooti ships pure herbs, traditional wellness products, and puja items across India and to select international destinations. This policy explains how we process orders, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and how you can track your shipment.

We work with trusted delivery partners including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Aramex, Porter, and others depending on your location and order type. Your order confirmation email will include shipping details and, once dispatched, a tracking link.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale periods or high volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status under "My Orders" if you have an account.

For addresses within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities and major towns are often delivered sooner; remote or pin codes served by surface mail may take longer.

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is not covered by our standard partners, we may use India Post or contact you to confirm an alternate arrangement. Delivery is attempted at the address you provide; please ensure it is complete and reachable.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery for international orders typically takes 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the contents and value accurately; any delays or charges from customs are outside our control.

Not all products may be eligible for international shipping due to regulations (e.g. certain herbs or food items). If your order cannot be shipped to your country, we will inform you and offer a refund for the affected items.

Shipping costs depend on your location and order value. Exact charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete payment. We may offer free or discounted shipping on orders above a certain amount; such offers will be visible on the website or at checkout.

The carrier used for your order may vary by pin code and product type. Your tracking email will indicate which partner is delivering your shipment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can use this link to see the current status and estimated delivery date.

If you have an account, you can also view order status and tracking under "My Orders." If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if the status does not update for several days, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.

Bulk and business (B2B) orders are handled separately from retail. Shipping method, cost, and delivery timeline are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on quantity, destination, and product type.
