Orders & Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to view the status and track your shipment. We ship via trusted partners including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others depending on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. International shipping may take 7–21 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Shipping costs depend on your location and order value. We often offer free or discounted shipping on orders above a certain amount. Exact charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Bulk orders may have different shipping terms—please contact us for a quote.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jadibhooti.com or call 040-40268224 / 9505864271. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within a specified period (typically 7–15 days from delivery) for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the nature of herbs and consumable products, we may not accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. Please see our full Returns & Refunds page for details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Payments & Security
We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. Payment options may vary on our website and on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho) where we also sell. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your data is protected in line with standard industry practices.
Products & Quality
JadiBhooti is committed to purity and authenticity. Our products are sourced carefully and, where applicable, lab-tested. We provide clear product descriptions, origins, and usage information. We stand behind the quality of what we sell.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed. Specific storage instructions are provided on product labels or on the product page. Proper storage helps maintain potency and shelf life.
Expiry or best-before dates are printed on the product packaging. For items sold through marketplaces, the information is also often mentioned in the product listing. If you have any doubt, contact us with your batch or order details.

Yes. Bulk and B2B orders are handled separately from retail. Please contact us with your requirements (product, quantity, delivery location) and we will provide pricing and shipping options. Our retail store is for smaller orders; bulk is arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. JadiBhooti products are available on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, and other platforms. Shipping and return policies may vary by marketplace. For the widest range and direct support, you can also order from our website.
