Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is our policy on returns and refunds. For herbs and wellness products, we follow clear guidelines to ensure fairness and hygiene.
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact. Due to the nature of herbs and consumable wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate—see "Damaged or Missing Items" below.
Eligible for Return
- Item is unopened with original packaging and seals intact
- Return is requested within 15 days of delivery
- Product is in resalable condition (no damage, no tampering)
- You have the order number and proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used herbs, powders, oils, or any consumable product
- Products without original packaging or with broken seals
- Items that have passed the 15-day return window
- Products purchased from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)—please follow that platform's return policy
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@jadibhooti.com or call 040-40268224 / 9505864271. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions (e.g., address, packaging guidelines).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, use a sturdy box to avoid further damage in transit.
- Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).
- Refund. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund as described in the Refund Process section below.
Refund Process
After we receive your return and verify the product condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the order (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging or product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you; in such cases we may also cover return shipping if we ask you to send the item back.
